The Future of Work is human centered, Mindfulness at Work means applying focus on the task at hand and recognize and release internal and external distractions as they arise. In this way, mindfulness helps increase effectiveness, optimize well-being, decrease mistakes, and enhance creativity.
Mindfulness is about enhancing focus and awareness both in work and in life: stripping away distractions and staying on track with individual, as well as organizational goals.

Erin Lee is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher as recognized by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. Erin has completed the UCSD School of Medicine's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Intensive as well as Advanced Teacher Training Intensive for MBSR and MBCT Teachers in California.
Erin conducts mindfulness training for corporate clients and organizations in both English and Chinese, and is also an experienced polytechnic lecturer.
